We have used many different hosting companies for our website and have always been disappointed with the lack of service, website availability, load times and support.

When we submit a support ticket it is usually answered within the hour.   The answers we have received from support have been well thought out with a firm understanding of the problem and a resolution.  This has not been a common experience with other hosts and it would take several requests to get anything done.  One of the hosts we previously used claimed a 15 minute response time but the response was never anything you could really use or fixed anything.  It would take multiple communication back and forth to get a resolution.
